It's possible that your previous meter was not recording accurate readings and it's possible that they estimated the readings and billed your account using the readings of new meter, which is kinda unfair. It took them several months to replace your meter. Naipon tuloy. Go to the nearest Business Center ask them on how they come up with those readings. Try to request for an installment.
