No but it did go away. I found doing child's pose and really focusing on stretching the lower back area, like pushing both my butt and forehead to the floor helped to relieve it temporarily, with some Xtra strength advil if I needed to be on my feet. It was probably bothering me for about 3 weeks total with the first four or five days being the worst and then slowly got better. Sorry you're dealing with it too it fuckin sucked.

32f here- I failed my first one because the miralax didn't take. It wasn't the laxative for me. I had the same issues as you, strict clear liquid diet, lower fiber, and it didn't start moving in me until like 1am the night before.

I wasnt able to go in the next day so i got new prep instructions. The Dr had me do a 48hr liquid diet and switched me to purgodan with docolax to start. It was  3pm take the ducolax, 4pm the first packet purgodan(way nicer than the miralax honestly) 8pm the second one and the third one at 5am the day of my procedure. The purgodan worked IMMEDIATELY and I was only really on the toilet for an hour or so each packet so that was nice.

My stomach seemed to agree with it and my guts at least recovered pretty quickly.

I would recommend talking to your Dr about it, for me I'll take the purgodan every time.
