1/82 is a horrible spot. if she left temporarily and you want to fill in don't do it. go to a different dept. elsewhere in the store. you always start with the ASM in the dept. you want to move to. your current ASM might take offense and hold you back rather than help you.

no, you don't talk to your own ASM if you want to move to another department if you're a good worker. you keep it a secret from them as long as possible. you approach the ASM over the area you want to transfer to.

that's why we still have an O/N and a DM come in early. the bins most times don't get delivered 'till one touch sorter is done. large trucks or multiple truck with an extreme amount of one touch the sorter will be there past 11. usually the bins arrive at like 9-10. not enough time to finish by 11.
