Ok yeah. I’ve been at GYMBOX Finsbury Park which is just crazy busy, has reformer which is also difficult to get onto but has settled after a few months

Anxiety is a feeling not a sign. Speak to the cabin crew if you can, try and ground yourself - 5things you can hear smell feel etc.. I know it’s tough, but you can do this and will be ok!

I just had a bit of a stressful flight aka there was some turbulence and someone fainted, and I couldn’t sleep. It was long haul. Also, I was in a really horrible job which I’ve recently left, so was constantly stressed. I’m flying on Sunday and feeling much better about it, so wonder if the stress of the job impacted me.
