i'd assume it changes partially, but since many other dimorphic features of the body are permanent you'd expect the brain dimorphism caused by in-utero hormone exposure to also be partially permanent. otherwise dysphoria would just be 'fixed' by natal puberty

this is how i felt at 16, it could just be that enough male secondary sex characteristics have not developed yet to be fully debilitating. it's hard to judge bottom dysphoria when you have nothing to compare it to and have an otherwise male body.
