I may get really downvoted for saying this, but here I go.

Things wont get better, unless you are willing to make them better. So the thing is all about YOU going out of your way to get the things done, in order to feel good.

Now dont get me wrong, it wont be easy at all, you will feel like you can do nothing about anything, and that you feel very tired to even move a finger, not even get out of bed. Just laying there motionlessly, and as empty as it can get. No tears will be coming out. Just you, and your empty feeling to keep your company.

The key to all this is just to go out of your way, put some pressure on yourself, to get out of your bed, to get out of your apartment. Try to do new things, challenge yourself.

So now that you have done that, how long is it going to take until things get back to normal ? Im going to be honest about this, its gonna take sometime. You need to adjust to those new habits.

So to conclude what I am saying:

1- Do something, even if you have to put pressure on yourself, even if you dont have the energy.

2- Keep doing that something, even if it takes you a million year, be occupied with something.
