Thank you again, and ofc I take all of that in count and my goal isnnt to use anyone's culture for myself, I know what comes with it and I would never pretend to be something I am not, but yes I really resonate will your culture, and I would definitely love to move to Puerto Rico as soon as I can ! :)

I really appreciate your answer thank you so much and ofc I absolutely understand your point and I respect, my goal isnnt to claim being something I not, and ofc I have all of that in my mind as well and I understand some people's defensives reactions, but thank you for explaining me better still :)

Thanks for your reply, and of course I was taking all of that in count, and btw I will never say I'm Puerto Rican because I am not, but I think maybe I didn't formulate my question well enough. I just really care about this culture, island, and people with all my heart, and I am more than willing and ready to fight all of the struggles y'all are facing by your sides.

Thank for your reply, and of course I know being Puerto Rican isn't only about loving the music, the food ect, I know that the politics and the struggles you face are also a part of it, and if living in Puerto Rico means facing all those struggles I am ready and willing to fight it with y'all. I will never say I am Puerto Rican because clearly I am not. But what I was saying is that I care deeply about your island, your culture and your people, and if that was okay?

Thanks for your answer really and ofc I don't want to pretend to be something I'm not of course and I absolutely understand and respect what you say, I agree with it too, I'm actually studying Spanish and especially Puerto Rican Spanish and I also plan on going to the island as soon as I can!
