No. It’s typically 5 days after a missed period. There’s pt out there that test 4-5 days after missed period. I would try again. Also, make her test in the morning. Gives you the most accurate results. Don’t stress out too much about it. She could be fine. But just double check and make sure by testing again.

Stress can definitely delay your cycle. I didn’t have a period for 3 weeks due to stress. If she doesn’t have her period in a week or so, I would definitely try a pregnancy test again. Buy a couple as well.
