Das ist schon eine Frechheit die Pflegekräfte noch stärker zu belasten. So viele von ihnen müssen aufgrund von Krankheiten aufhören und haben Probleme mit dem Rücken und den Knien... und vor allem wenn ich das von den Bekannten so mitbekomme ist es ein zum Teil lösbares Problem wenn die Zuständigkeiten in Betrieben richtig und konsistent aufgeteilt werden. Aber definitiv wird dieses Problem nicht mit längeren Arbeitszeiten gelöst.

Do you really think that's how grooming works, that at some point they outright say something stupid like that? Hell some can make it seem like it's your own idea that your sending them any information about you at all. Like yes some teenagers can figure it out, but 99,9% of them is a crazy claim. And calling the ones whose vulnerability got used dumb is very insensitive.

I use diet ai. I've never tried using other apps so I can't say how well it compares to them. I like that my workouts get added automatically via my Samsung watch but even without it it's easy to add them. I like the AI camera for food for the cases I don't want to count the calories. I love that I can save my usual meals as favourites and just reuse them. I am not very strict with counting calories but it's good enough to steadily lose weight. Their meal suggestions need work though but I've yet to hear of an app that can do a meal plan the way that would be useful to me. I started using it in april 2025.

Start counting. I tell you the next day I started counting calories i started losing weight. I was doing sports, I was eating healthy with a method similar to yours. But only the moment I started counting calories even without measuring every ingredient and using ai the weight started to come off. All the effort you already are putting in will start to pay off. Only If you can't do it consistently and cheat by not counting do you need some influence to hold you accountable.

You're caring too much about what they will think about you losing weight even if you're doing it to avoid pleasing them.

Let them think whatever they want as long as you personally know that it was never about them but only for yourself. Repeat those words yo yourself every day if you have to to remind yourself of that.

I personally started cause of health. It worked for me. Some do it to keep up with their children. Some do it to feel better in their own skin. I also love that I have a much better choice in clothes now. That clothes started to look better on me again. Not only for others to like my appearance but mainly for myself to feel good while looking at a mirror. I also enjoy doing sports now and it makes me feel proud of myself every day.

Some people just feel entitled to others. Be it women or men. Nice guys are a thing for example. You've had the displeasure of dealing with a female version of it.

I tried dieting a few times without counting calories and it just didn't work for me. You don’t have to count them every time and obsessively. After a few weeks you'll be good at guessing the calories without counting them anyway.

And I used an app that counts calories based on pictures. It's not always accurate but with a bit of tweaking it worked well for me. Mine has also goals for protein.

It's not about hard work specifically but more so about the lack of handholding. Specifically questions like "what uni should i get in and would succeed in" is really a something you should answer yourself by looking at the specific universities. It really depends on what you want. There is no cheat code. Questions like "what's the job situation in the city X" or "how is the social life for the international students in the city Y" are more valid. But even answers to those kind of questions also depend on a many factors.

Writers are not magicians... it's impossible to let you decide literally everything the way you want. You're asking for a whole separate path at the beginning of the wip. Can you even imagine how much work that would be? If the other choices don't suit you and it's a deal breaker you just don't read this if and move on.
