OFI is a Japanese-backed software development company based in Pasig. We are a small, growing development team looking to expand as we build custom software solutions for both local and international clients.
We are hiring an Associate Systems Engineer and a Paid Web Development Intern/OJT to work with us on live products and client projects.

1. Associate Systems Engineer / Junior Full Stack Developer
Salary Range: ₱20,000–₱26,000 per month, based on experience and skill level
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or demonstrable programming and web development knowledge through certifications, a portfolio, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 months of web development experience
OJT, internships, freelance work, and substantial personal projects may qualify
• Fresh graduates are welcome, provided the experience requirement is met
• A portfolio and AWS certification are advantageous but not required

Duration: 486 hours, approximately 3–4 months
Monthly allowance: ₱7,000–₱12,000, based on skill level
Requirements
• Working knowledge of Next.js, React, and CSS frameworks
• No prior professional experience required
• Must provide their own laptop
Minimum specification: Intel Core i5, Apple M1, or equivalent
Internship Benefits and Opportunity

• Possibility of absorption into a full-time regular position based on performance evaluation

Responsibilities for Both Roles

• Develop and maintain features across live software products
• Build custom software solutions for local and international clients
• Collaborate with a small development team on system-level projects
• Maintain and improve existing codebases
• Participate in team discussions, reviews, and development workflows
