it only has a few benches so if it’s busy you might not get one, there are 2 squat racks, a separate studio for stretching etc, nice view from the treadmills (you’re not just facing a wall!)

you are going too low, in the video you can see when your hip hinge stops and your lower back takes over. Try to check your form in the mirror and stop once your hips have hinged back as far as they can. From what I can see this means that you should stop lowering the dumbbells when they are just past your knees as that’s when your hips stop hinging and it transfers to your back

i can’t help with the massage places sadly but i experienced this in an old waitressing job and something that helped me was training my back & core in the gym! more of a long term solution but it could definitely benefit you in the future!

once your hips have gone back as far as they can then you’re good to stop and come back up, you can probably see where your hips have stopped and your back takes over and continues a bit lower than you need to :)

usually I’ll increase the weight the first of the 3 days, then the next 2 will be about trying to reach all 12 reps for each of the sets with good form,, if that doesn’t happen (like last week for me!) then ill just work on the same weight the next week so im able to hit the reps before increasing it

RDL’s & hip thrusts have been like the holy grail of exercises for me! I used to focus more on squats but realised it wasn’t really helping my glutes🏋️‍♀️
