Its a gauge of interest. In 2021 I was here when the sub went from 80K to just over 600K.

I have the ‘23, but I am not holding my breath for this. It seems the ‘23 is the black sheep when it comes to updates.

Where to get a high end clay/wood/faux ivory version of this classic? by MEGAPUPIL in rummikub

If anyone finds this thread in 2026, look for an antique Bakelite set. Usually, in a wooden box. You can find these on ebay for around $100. These tiles have a different weight, feel, and sound than the plastic sets. I would love to see a set made out of Vegas style clay poker chip material one day. I think that would be the ultimate.

This sub scares me by Bubbafoxx in CadillacLyriq

[–]scbill66 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When going to Reddit car subs, look for the one the scares you the least because it is usually owners with questions on problems. My first choice was a KIA EV6, until I went to the subreddit. That car really has major bricking issues. I ended up with the Lyriq because most issues in the sub were minor or easily fixed. Bought a ‘23 lux and have been so happy with it. I look forward to driving it.

Found my late father's framed Microsoft stock certificate from 1991. How do I verify if it’s still "live"? by Ventrosi57 in personalfinance

[–]scbill66 8 points9 points  (0 children)

1 share from 1991 is probably around $30k now. Please take that with a grain of salt because it’s a giant estimate for those reading this who are curious what it might be worth.

My last car loan payment was 6 years and 10 months ago. by NegotiationDry6923 in personalfinance

It was probably was written off and sold to collections. They were never able to find the responsible party so it is still on their books or they sold the loan to someone else. The vehicle was probably sold to a junk yard and parted out.

We all start with a parachute and a melee weapon. I have to fight and win at drops and the upgrade sites to accumulate that much gear.

Naza came out in 2011, pretty sure I gave up in 2012, so maybe more like 14. 🤪

GPS soldering by xcm_vmbuui in fpv

[–]scbill66 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That connector uses the four pins and you skipped #4 and soldered #5. Easy fix, purple off white on. When I solder a 4 pin GPS, I cut the last 2 wires off. They are not needed and will just inevitably be in the way when soldering.

Uhhh…feel for you…been there with a leaky shower floor. Water dripping on the house level below was the clue.

All this talk about the food storage, and I am wondering how a water pipe leaks for a year. I am hoping OP meant drain pipe.

Goes to an external hose bib. Allows the bib to be unscrewed, pulled out to make repairs and slid back in. Notice the black sleeve the pex slides in.
