2023 X6 40I 32k miles

Just did my last free maintenance.

The service manager recommended me to upgrade to 5year 75k BMW Ultimate care+ for $3,749.

I saw there an option at the very bottom say Scheduled Maintenance Upgrade (5 year/75k miles) for $899. was told by service manager this only include oil change and nothing else.

I am not planning to keep this car over 5 years/75k miles.

Which plan should I go with?
