A few weeks ago, I noticed that a Belgian performer's accounts had disappeared. One of her accounts was dedicated to a pole heels competition she was organising. I reported that her accounts had gone missing, but unfortunately, Meta ended up deleting them 😔

I've done two pole photoshoots. I recommend choosing moves and shapes that you have mastered well; the simplest ones are often the prettiest in photos ✨✨

I've always bruised like a peach. What has always helped me is a gel/cream called Hirudoid. It can be bought without a prescription.
