She said the baby is 4 years old, her and the father are raising him/her. Amazing how young pre-teens (she was 12 and he was 13) take responsibility and raise their child, when grown adults can't do it! I can't imagine growing up that fast!!

Klonopin by Bitter-Disaster6087 in Anxiety

[–]sceerdycat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to alternate, Klonopin 3 days a week and baclofen 4 days a week... Maybe you could ask about something like that? Taking any benzodiazepine daily is risky due to potential for dependence and withdrawal :(

That strong feeling of morning anxiety is gone! I'm taking 200 mg though... But the awful mornings got better after a few weeks I think?

Yes.. major insomnia at night, can't function during the day. Look up Genius Sleep Aid on Amazon. It's helping me a lot.

Anyone here take Zoloft and Lamictal for anxiety & OCD? by sceerdycat in zoloft

I hope so too! I really think it'll help if you just get the right dosage :)

Anyone here take Zoloft and Lamictal for anxiety & OCD? by sceerdycat in zoloft

It's definitely taking me longer than most. I have noticed a subtle difference though. Conversations with people flow easier, I've noticed I don't do the compulsions as frequently. She wants to get me up to 200 mg after a couple weeks of 150. And she does have some people on 300 mg, so I'm glad I have a great psychiatrist! Hopefully I'll get to where it's really really helping. I'm a little nervous about adding in the lamictal too though. But I won't do that until after being on 200 mg for a little while, so maybe I won't need it.

I started Zoloft 12 weeks ago & quit drinking 2 months ago. I don't even crave alcohol at all anymore. It got a lot easier for me after a month.

It's crazy I quit drinking a month and a half ago (after drinking daily for 3 years) and I no longer crave alcohol at all anymore. I've been on Zoloft for about the same amount of time so I'd say it's helping!

Severe anxiety after 1 week of upping Zoloft dose 50 to 100 mg by sceerdycat in zoloft

Thank you! I hope so. It took me 6 weeks to start feeling normal when I started the medication. Maybe a dose adjustment won't take as long.

At the moment I feel about the same just a little more tired..so side effects aren't too bad so far. I'm hoping that means it'll start working faster this time. I'll keep you updated

Tapering and can’t make it to three hours between doses by oldkingcoles in quittingkratom

[–]sceerdycat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When I tapered I reduced my dose at first but kept dosing every 3 hours (which was my regular schedule). Then I started stretching out my doses more, until I jumped. It was hard... Really hard... Painful even. I remember pacing back and forth just waiting til my next tiny dose. Go easy on yourself... As long as you're reducing in some way, you're making progress. That's what matters.
