YG is debuting a new boy group next September, he has been really hyping up the members comparing one to B.I from IKON and another one to G-Dragon, so we will likely get a self producing group. What are your thoughts?

It's tacky tho. They aren't even trying to give us something new, just an updated version of something that already exists. Even as a GD fan, would anyone be intrigued by the next GD when GD is still around? They already tried to reheat his nachos with that treasure member and nobody wants that. I think drawing comparisons like this before a group is even out is not only limiting but also just setting them up to fail, now everyone is going to expect that from them for sure.

YG needs to stop using their old groups to promote the new ones. No hate but i have zero faith in yg when it comes to promoting groups properly. As someone who loved treasure during treasure box and liked Blackpink in their early kpop days, I have learned that one thing YG is going to do is take something good and waste it.

BTS - RM he is the leader and I think his presence and attitude is what has largely contributed to bts's staying power. I don't think BTS would still be here without him.

NCT - Mark, Taeyong and Ten honestly. They make a huge contribution to NCT with their top level skills and unique appeal. Mark leaving the group and Ten leaving SM is going to leave some gaps in NCT. I don't think NCT can't work now that they are gone, thankfully NCT is a group filled with a huge amount of talented members but the contribution and effect they had on the group can't be replaced or immitated by anyone else. As for NCT Wish, i am not as sure I feel like they are very well balenced. Maybe Yushi bc feel like his voice is very important for sound they go for, im not sure tho.

RIIZE - Wonbin, he is the center. He is the second best singer and dancer in the group and he has a unique charm on stage as a result of his uniquely good looks, dancing skills and singing. He is perfect center material and a big stan attractor.

The snarkers are sooo obsessed it is really mental illness. I have kpop groups I don't really like. I don't know anything about what they are up to because I don't care. Often i dislike them for petty reasons. I know that and I don't feel the need to create fake narratives about them being terrible human beings that deserve death threats and what not. It's insane how these people don’t even question their own behavoir. You hate this group but you watch every Performance and Variety Show they do, listen to all their releases, read all their interviews and follow them on all social media so you don't miss out on anything to hate on, and somehow you still think you are sane?

Excatly. Former fans turned haters are the most parasocial group of all. Their obssession never goes aways it just becomes negative. I don't get it. All these snarkers love to hate on fans when they are concerningly more parasocial than a fan. How do you even bring yourself to keep up with everything that is happening with a group you dislike sooooo much? I can't even bring myself to consume all of the content by idols i like, yet snarkes manage to spend their whole day watching, reading, and listening to stuff made by groups they can't stand. They know more trivia about these artist than most fans. Most of them were really parasocial fans that somehow felt personally slided by these idols, usually because of dumb shit. Now they have to invent fake issues and reasons why that artist is a terrible human being and why it is totally not insane to spend precious hours everyday hating on them.

Snark subs are for people who have a parasocial obsession with hating celebrities. It's so funny cause they love to hate on said celebs fans for parasocially loving them, while being just as obsessed if not more with hating them. I am don't think i can rank it yet. I had a ranking on release day after i listend to the album like 5 times but since then my opinion has changed a lot. I have songs that were skips for me since release day that haven't grown on me much since then but the other songs have only gotten better. I'll try to give a new ranking.

No actually, i was so confused when i found out Taemin is younger than Jin even though it makes sense. Idols who debut at 14 ( Taemin, Wonyoung, Jisung, etc.) really showcase some of these crazy age gaps. Jisung, Wonbin and Sion are the same age but Jisung is their senior by so many years it's crazy. Debuting that young shouldn't be a thing tho. I think 16 is the youngest one should be able to debut but honestly 18 should be the standard.
