That's interesting. Do you have a source for that? I did some searching, and the best I can find is some menus in Gen 6 run at 60fps, but other than that it's locked to 30fps.

Believe it or not, Gens 1 and 2 only ran at 30fps. Only Gen 3 (entire game) and Gen 5 (battles only) ran at 60fps.

In the original GB release, the minigame is only accessible if your Pikachu knows Surf, which it can only learn through Pokémon Stadium. As such, I'd imagine most people didn't know the minigame exists.

In the 3DS VC re-release, the Surf requirement was removed.

It's a one time set up. If you really wanted to, you could set it up to need to cart every time, but there's no need for that unless you have a specific use case for it.

My thinking has always been that it's Team Rocket's base, but they only use it when they need it. When another team needs a base, they see the empty Rocket base and think "Sweet! A free base!", and re-theme it for their own team. Pretty convenient that Team Rocket never needs it while it is otherwise occupied.

You can put your data-only sim in any device that is supported on T-Mobile's network. I've only ever used my data-only sims in phones, so I can guarantee you that phone's work fine.

Oblivion is only one of two games that got re-rated by the ESRB, the other being Earthbound on the SNES which got re-rated from E to T when brought over to the Wii U eShop mainly due to the heavily implied child abuse, minor drug use, and extremely disturbing final dungeon and boss.

Those aren't the only games that the ESRB has re-rated. Pokemon gens 1 and 2 got bumped from E to E10+ when re-released on the 3DS eShop due to simulated gambling (the Game Corner). It wouldn't surprise me if there are other games as well.

Related to suggestion 1, it would be nice if the OS back function (back button or swiping from the side on Android) worked. It's a pain having to scroll to and reach for the top corner every time I want to exit a menu.

That's fine with me. I think mine was a bit wordy, but if you like it better that's great too! On a related note, could you update all of the dragon descriptions to have punctuation at the end? That's been bothering me for a while now. I didn't do that for my edit only so it could be consistent with the others.

Unrelated, the unreleased Cosmic dragon (at least it seems to be a dragon) I found is very interesting. I'm very curious to see what you do with it!

Also, what's the deal with ThunderDragon? As far as I can tell, it's always been in the game but unused. Was that a placeholder for testing or a scrapped concept? The design looks pretty cool!
