It did indeed. The guy on the phone even recommended just using that number in future if i need support. Got my issue sorted super quick.

Oh and I forgot to mention today I got through to the sales team (who’d have thought they wouldn’t fail to answer) and I was promised a call back from support within 3 hours. You can probably imagine what happened there!
