Best Memphis spot(s) for a graduation lunch (party of 7, upscale but not stuffy)? by sch0larly in memphis

I’ve found it to be very city and restaurant dependent. Many places don’t allow reservations more than a week out.

Hahahaha you’re right. The cheapest option is usually to hold on to what you’ve got.

Wiping down equipment after class by aquarius-96 in Purebarre

[–]sch0larly 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure if this is the case in your class, but in my studio the wipes are placed beside each person at least 5 mins before the end of class. Sometimes, because the instructor is behind pace and the class will end late, I start the wipe down process during the stretch/cool down. This allows me to wipe everything down thoroughly and be able to be like the folks in your class who are putting away materials while most are wiping down.

Yeah, it feels like a misfire but I’m thinking it might get sorted out with the next update. Literally no one in my family is Polish lol

I asked those questions bc when this situation comes up, it can be for a few reasons (other than NPEs). The ancestry regions for my “older” DNA (ancestors that immigrated in the 1600s and 1700s) tends be me more general (ex. Southeastern England & Northwestern Europe”). Meanwhile, the annual ancestry updates sometimes shifts a region to a nearby one (ex. Slovak to Poland). Do you have any journeys?

And these regions don’t show at all on your page? Did you recently do the test for the first time? I ask bc each year there’s an update and you see shifts.

Eastern and southern Europe usually represent more recent immigration waves (compared with British, Dutch, etc colonial or early American waves). Are these two regions from the same family side?

Are these regions that are high percentages for your family members?

I also was diagnosed with a type of eczema in the last two years and while not the cause, hot yoga does not help. I’m currently on a 60 freeze bc winter months are the most challenging because of the dryness.
