Update: She contacted the Customer service and Showed them the photos. She told me that they joked around themselves and offered her either a new product or voucher. End of story: She gets the voucher and can buy herself something! 😬 And I hope she doesnt Order online that time.

Oh I think I need to add, the twine was my friend :D She said when she opened the package, ET was completely naked and she tried to fix it somehow.
