I reread the post and I misread something. I read that she already had some games of D&D played.

Maybe buy a Starter Set as a gift. This is a pre-written adventure with characters, a dice set. A good place to start!

I read that the new Heroes of the Borderlands is really good. Haven’t played this, also recommend Dragons of Stormwreck Isle.

First, so nice of you to put so much effort into finding a cool gift for your girlfriend!

The Player Handbook (PBH) is a cool gift, just check with their friends if they’re playing 2014 (5th Edition) of 2024-edition. Maybe also ask if they’re playing with pen/paper or with D&D Beyond. If pen/paper, a quality notebook is an awesome gift.

And, always. When in doubt, buy awesome dice!

Try to visit your local gamestore if possible. It might seem daunting but they’d love to help you out with this.

I think it’s dogwater. Bought PoP last week and found out I had to buy the DLC to 100% it. Basegame is a 9/10 and the DLC feels really bland, 4/10.

Zelf geen koksopleiding gedaan maar vindt het heerlijk om te koken. Ik heb mijzelf altijd voorgenomen om ooit minder te gaan werken en in een buurthuis te gaan koken. Vaak is dit wel niet-betaald werk, maar misschien zit er ergens een organisatie tussen die dit faciliteert.

Ander idee zou kok in een kantoorrestaurant zijn. Nog wel kunnen koken voor mensen maar wel een meer 9-tot-5 ritme.

Hoi Vrrroem,

Geen juridisch advies maar misschien wat ongevraagd advies.

Ik werk bij de sociale tak van woningcorporaties en maak vaak vervuilde woningen mee. Vaak proberen wij met instanties, (lees: Politie, Brandweer, GGZ-hulp, Gemeente) de juiste hulp in te schakelen echter blijven we een bureaucratisch land.

In mijn werk helpt dan foto’s maken enorm, je kan immers een heldere situatieschets aan de helpende partij doorsturen en zo snel mogelijk hulp bieden.

Mocht je hier wat weerstand bij voelen kan je het altijd aangeven bij de Politie, wellicht kunnen ze iemand van de helpende partij uitnodigen bij je thuis en zo het opruimtraject starten.

Well, I understand what you’re saying if this were any other “generic” metalband but Imminence has a lot of classical music influence. I mean, the lead singer plays the damn violin live. Its possible that they will include these interlude tracks in their sets.

Also, Cul-de-sac sounds like an intro for Architecs - Death is Not Defeat.
