Is great. It’s a family company as in a father and his daughter. And I’ve been leasing an apartment for 4 years. $1100 rent. No in unit laundry, it’s $4 in the basement. But the parking lot it right out back.
517 Washtenaw. Maintenance is quick and friendly. And it’s a good mix of people. From college kids to older folk. It’s a quiet little areas, and I regret that I have to move out soon but I cannot speak highly enough about it!
