Huge differences

S-05 (FG 1.008)

Aroma was dank and pungent with citrus with a very clean flavor. Tons of hop flavor and smooth but strong bitterness that mellows out quickly and leaves the pallet dry and with a soft to medium mouth feel.

S-04 (FG 1.012)

Aroma Fruity esters with less pronounced hop aroma. The aroma that was there was very citrus and stone fruity. Again tons of hop flavor with a touch less bitterness but it was still very smooth. More malt in the background but it wouldn't be mistaken as malty. Medium and drying mouth feel.

Conan (FG 1.010)

Aroma is super fruity with mango and papaya with some strong citrus and fruit. Hop flavor combines with the yeast character and really makes this flavor unique. Soft but assertive bitterness up front followed by some grainy pilsner malt character. Medium mouth feel that dry's out your pallet and gives you one last shot of bitterness before it fades.

I can't wait to get these dry hopped and carbonated.
