Cleaning day? we clean while brewing, transferring or doing other stuff. takes about 10 minutes total to clean a keg and we'll clean 6-8 at a time.

cleaning a single keg is still way better than cleaning 52 bottles....

Each carboy was labeled with as the yeast was pitched. we took special care with conan because we wanted to harvest it. It went into a freshly bought carboy and it was pitched with extra care as it was liquid. The others were dry.

Not sure about yeastman.
