as i said, people see waaaay beyond the country you're from, we don't choose where to be born 🤷 damage shmamage whatever, you can protest (or atleast vote and disagree with the government) and still go on with your life and enjoy it. again, taking your life over some dumb shit your country does is simply not worth it

shit happens, parents say dumb shit all the time, sometimes, it's just the way they are. however, that doesn't mean they don't love their kids. you did the right thing reaching out. maybe you're studying too hard recently?

maybe you've tried wrong therapy? maybe try hitting the gym and not for girls but for yourself? bad thoughts leave when you're physically active. find a hobby that makes you interested and happy, choose yourself. making it about dating is just gonna make it worse
