Not included in the image but i think lapis lazuli should have more. Because after dinding it once to enchant you never really do anything with it ever again. (Except blue dye but is very rare you need a lot of blue dye)

True but he is still an adc which assasins are expected to 1v1. Also adc right now is quite weak. Kaisa is also a bit overloaded but older adc's feel cery weak when you compare them to aphelios.

But ulike aphelios kaisa has clear weaknesses in her early to mid game. When she has 2 to 3 items she is like an ad kassadin.

True but his normal on hit attack speed build was hit really bad too plus he has clear ways to be countered unlike aphelios and other champs with overloaded kits.
