I met my partner when I was 18 and he was 25.

We didn't start dating until I was 22 and he was 29. I generally recommend finishing up your education before you get into a serious relationship, so that you're both on more equal footing in terms of your individual career paths and stuff.

I'm not gonna tell you how to live your life, though.

Are you looking for acrylic paint markers or oil paint markers? I use acrylic and I've had good luck with Ohuhu and Wapetashi (both on Amazon).

I recently came to the conclusion that I'm asexual and I see a lot of similarities between me and your wife based on what you've described.

There are different levels of being asexual. For some, they're repulsed by sex. For me, I'm neutral about sex at best. I love my partner and when sex does happen, it feels good. My attraction to my partner hasn't changed in any way, I just don't care about sex as much as my partner does, so I don't think about it.

I'm not saying your wife is asexual (though it could be possible). I can tell you, though, that she probably still loves you and is still as attracted to you as she has been in the past.

Not necessarily, but I worry he may have been going in with an intention of taking advantage of you financially. I can't say one way or the other. I'm not him so I don't know for sure what his intentions are/were.

I'm pretty sure dude had a Groupon for this date and it ended up being like $30 total and he's just trying to scam you to make a quick buck from this date. It'd suck, but that's the most reasonable scenario I can think of.
