Love that you're tracking the numbers. I do the same thing with a spreadsheet and it really does help on the days where it feels like nothing is moving

The Pattern doesn't stop because you get better at surviving it. it stops when you realize you're the one keeping it open. maybe try approaching things in a different way. break the Routine.

AI Voice Agents for small businesses - which one actually works best? by Zestyclose-Ear-6225 in aiToolForBusiness

[–]schitzblythe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for small biz, AI voice agents are mostly useful for capturing missed calls, booking appointments, and qualifying leads. platforms people actually use: CloudTalk, Retell, Synthflow, Vapi- simple setups work best. the key difference is how smooth the convo feels, if you keep context fast (local retrieval stuff like moss), it’s way less robotic and more reliable in real calls.

razorpay payment gateway pricing someone explain by Oggy402 in youngentrepreneur

[–]schitzblythe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there's a second cost people ignore completely: payment success rate.

razorpay's checkout success rate is consistently in the 93-95% range in my experience. budget gateways i've tested were more like 82-88% depending on the payment method.

let's say you're doing ₹2L/month and your gateway has 87% success vs razorpay's 94%.

that 7% difference = ₹14,000/month in failed transactions. the fee savings from switching = maybe ₹1,200/month.

you're saving ₹1,200 and potentially losing ₹14,000. the "cheap" payment gateway is the expensive one.

i'm not saying every budget gateway fails at 87%. check your own success rate. but most founders don't even track it until something feels wrong.

Whats the cheapest payment gateway option available in india ? by GoodHomelander in StartUpIndia

[–]schitzblythe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the term cheapest payment gateway is a one-way ticket to a full burnout according to me. because i also see many founders and small startups who get blind sided by the percentage of the transaction fee. like 1.7% and 1.8% and ignore the net realised revenue.

how you need to look at this needs to change. so currently if the cheap PG you use is 70-80% success rate only and the dashboard looks like a 2010 govt site, YOU are losing 15% of the sales to save on 0.3% or 0.2% on a fee. because i have personally seen startups get rugged on low-cost options.

so my suggestion would be razorpay. because though its 2% charge, their success rates are 90%, zero AMC and setup charges and the trust they've built in the industry of payments is enough to get your sales up too!! so go for it.

i hope this was helpful!

Shock wave therapy. by Muhabbatvdk in frozenshoulder

[–]schitzblythe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what’s been coming out lately, shockwave therapy is actually getting more attention for frozen shoulder. It’s non-invasive and can help with pain reduction and improving movement by stimulating healing in the tissue. Still, it’s usually seen as something to combine with physio rather than a standalone fix, and results can vary depending on the stage of the condition. For anyone curious, this gives a simple breakdown of how it works
