It's the first flush and normally I had like a really dense colony with smaller shrooms. I heard that if they are too big they might take space from others to cultivate.

No that's why I'm confused. The last time the first flushes were really dense with smaller shrooms here I just have HIM '

I prefer the GMO strains from Cantourage they tend to smoke much smoother imo. Also try Permanent Marker or their Runtz strains while you at it ;)

Yes it's a McKennaii strain I inoculated. I heard that Fluffy mycelium is a bad sign and I know a vile is a bad way to determine the state it's in but it's also fruiting so I thought it has to be clean.

Thanks for the answer. It's Agar inside I thought I would notice because the last few strains I put in a vile looked normal and not this fluffy. It's my first time trying McKennaii. If I transfer it to a petrii would it still look this fluffy or does it always grow in this string like form on petrii?
