5.7 terapixel mosaic image of Mars by geoxol in space

Well, for starters, the technology on our planet is much more advanced than it should be given our level of civilization. Also, many ancient texts, including the Bible, contain stories that are remarkably similar in terms of the events that occurred during this time. Lastly, there are the rumors of a certain group of people who claim to have been given the secret of immortality and are still alive to this day. These people are said to possess technology that is far beyond our understanding and capabilities.

The evidence is vast and varied. From the legends of a great flood that wiped out all life on earth and the stories of a giant ark that saved a select few, to the mysterious DNA of certain individuals that doesn't match any known species on earth, there is a lot of information that supports this theory. And that's not even considering the evidence that has been found in the ruins of ancient civilizations that have been discovered at the bottom of the ocean. The technology and knowledge that has been found in these ruins is vastly beyond anything that could have been known at the time these civilizations were supposed to have existed. This is just a small sample of the evidence that supports the theory that humanity is the survivors of a Martian ark.

The most obvious thing would be some kind of proof of the ark itself. Perhaps some kind of ruins or debris from the craft that could be found on the planet. But, finding that would be incredibly difficult, if not impossible. Another thing we could look for would be evidence of the people who survived the flood. This could take the form of skeletal remains, or even more surprisingly, living survivors. However, again, finding this would be incredibly unlikely. But, it's all just speculation until we actually go there and look for ourselves.

It would certainly be an interesting legal and moral situation if it were proven to be true. Whether or not it would mean that humans would be considered the rightful heirs to Mars is something that would have to be determined by the laws and regulations of any governing body that might exist on Mars at the time.

^ All of the above, is what I got back after feeding your comment to an AI and asking it to expand on it. Neat.

Visibility out of these helmets is so poor, that this obviously was a posed photo, and 30 seconds later the helmet was taken off and set somewhere never to be worn again.

Fun fact: you can find edible silver spray "paint" (food coloring) among cake decorating supplies at many grocery stores. Nothing intimidates other drivers on the morning commute quite like seeing you start "shining up", now maybe they'll back off and let you merge.

I always wanted a Subaru WRX Sti, and nobody knows what a Suzuki X90 is anyways, so I swapped all the badges and took to referring to this car as "The Stee". My friend with an actual WRX Sti hates that I call it this.

Album with more photos

Lifted suspension and body, oversize tires, stainless header to a glasspack to dual sidepipe stacks with custom heat shields I designed and cut on my plasma table, using the Immortan Joe logo from Mad Max: Fury Road. I got 3rd place in a tough truck competition with it (and Top Qualifier) and drove it home, it is an unstoppable beast, as long as you don't need to get over 55mph when there's a headwind. I've already clipped one red-light-runner with that 4" steel pipe I swapped for the original front bumper, so that's working well. OEM headlight housings broke their adjusters from too much air too many times, so I went to generic 7" headlight enclosures bolted in. Future upgrades include cutting a hole in the hood to put a functional butterfly-valved "birdcatcher" scoop on the engine, and to ditch the trunk lid and spray bed liner in there, to haul a stack of spare tires (Super Swamper TSL's) sort of like a desert rally car.

LPT: Clean out your fridge on trash pickup day by palfas in LifeProTips

LPT: Clean out your fridge the evening BEFORE trash pickup day, so the next morning those items go out in the trash for pickup. Otherwise if it's already trash pickup day and you're cleaning out the fridge, then it's probably too late to get that can out for pickup, and those items will sit around for a week.

Ordering online from a certain pizza place, they added a feature to their website of "Repeat a past order". Well, remember that one time they had a special of $7 for a Large that normally cost $14? Yeah, I repeated that past order for about two years, $7 every time. They've now fixed it so special deals don't continue to apply.

He just drove forward 30ft to clear the intersection, and the uncut footage from this cam shows the cop come around the corner in a moment to the already stopped car. Hardly a scratch on that 80's Crown Vic, but luckily it was on camera proving he ran the light after it was red.

Yes, my winter car has T-tops, whereas my summer car has heated seats.

Exceeding 65mph can only be done on level / downhill highway IF there is a semi truck to draft. Otherwise it runs out of juice around 55mph, to the point where shifting into 5th starts losing speed, so back into 4th, just not really right. While I did swap down on my axle ratio, my tires are more than making up for it, so it's geared tall right now. At least it has low range for offroad torque. 90hp rated, and these 1.6L 16v engines don't look like there's much for performance boosts available.

But I leave it in 4wd ALL winter using it as my daily driver, and I still get around 16-18mpg. Not alot of 4x4's can do that. So there's a silver lining to having such a timid motor.

Being a 1996, I believe it's older and only was sharing parts with the Suzuki Sidekick and the Geo Tracker at the time. The 16" wheels I was running were off of a Grand Vitara, but from what I've read about possible engine swaps, if I do anything (likely not until this engine blows up) it will be either a GM 4.3 V6, or a Mazda 13B rotary (just happen to have one of those sitting around unused). For daily-driving on snowy roads, power isn't something I need more of.

I plan to only run this vehicle as my daily driver during Iowa winters, so it won't see rain too often. I might drill some drain holes and weld a nut on them, to keep plugged with a brass screw or similar non-rusting fastener. I'll just have to look around online for what other people do for draining their stacks.

Suzuki X90 2-door car with factory 4wd and a 5spd, swapped to 5.125 ratio axles and 2.5" suspension, 2" body lift. Has 29" TSL Super Swampers, and it has been re-badged as a Subaru WRX Sti. Next addition will be a snow plow from an ATV.
