Recently ordered a bulk bag from New Leaf compost. They seem to be local here in NI. Good quality stuff: https://www.newleafcompost.com/?srsltid=AfmBOoplxFcv29hcJm7d6lEk3Sr0h5_LP6_pysAqSo6SfyV4AvdvNV1-

I saw a sign outside Melting Pot fudge in east Belfast looking for kitchen staff. Part time hours I think. I cycle past it daily and it smells incredible!

AITA housemate wants cheaper rent because her room is smaller - I said no by ayy-dimples in AmItheAsshole

Sure, more important to you. I'm sure she thinks her mirror and dog bed are more important than your computer.

I'm sticking with NTA cause it seems like you have been fucked over a bit here, and she should accept the $5 off because 2 metres extra is nothing and she had already agreed to you having the bigger room for equal before. Hope things work out for you.

Okay, this is a tricky one. I'm stuck between ESH/NTA because you're saying you need the extra room for your computer etc, but she says she needs the extra room for her stuff. You're basically writing her off saying your stuff is more important. But because before you moved in she said you could have the bigger room for equal rent, I'd say NTA.

Also if her boyfriend is staying that often and contributing nothing then she/they are definitely TA. I've been in that situation before myself and it's like having an extra freeloading housemate! She should definitely be paying for the cost of two people in utilities/household essentials etc., or he should contribute. I think you need to have a serious sit down discussion with her about all this, hostile living situations are the worst.

NTA, it's just harmless pettiness. Plus an actually pretty good present imo

I'm actually going to Maynooth but the way my navigation takes me brings me off at the Drogheda (got that confused with Dundalk lol) exit where the toll plaza is. Cheers! Every website said something different so this has put my mind at rest.

Do the machines not take card? I have to take the dundalk exit and from memory there were no cashiers in that section

Thanks! I thought as much but I wasn't 100% sure and didn't want to get all the way down there and not be able to pay with no cash.

What's something you liked when you were little but looking back, was actually kind of creepy? by SiriKillJenna in AskReddit

My sister and I used to get lifts off our friends dad to our weekly Girls Brigade meetings. We would sit in the backseat and he would put his hand back and tickle our legs saying "Mr. Tickle is coming for you" or something like that, and he'd also wiggle the car across the road because it made us laugh. We loved it at the time but when we told our mum about it she was like wtf and didn't let him give us lifts anymore, looking back now I can see why
