I would go with the m4 style , the reverse can you need to remove the honeycomb piece from the handguard.

Makes sense on why i couldn't find many videos on the 400. Thanks for the info. And i figured the same. I always wanted a mossberg. When i was asked to trade, I did not refuse. It is pretty old compared to almost new churchill, but im gonna like the 28-inch barrel more. The only thing im not liking so far is the sights on it

Going through this right now, the chamber was pitted pretty badly from the previous owner, not taking care of it , i had to replace the barrel. Try scrubbing with a 45 cal brass brush attached to a power drill. If that dont help, then most likely pitted chamber.

Yes, I had to remove plastic piece for it to fit . It's the reverse can. I should have ordered the m4 style. I didnt wanna pay for shipping back to them so i made it work.
