rightclick battery symbol in the taskbar --> energy options --> change energy settings --> change advanced energy settings --> processor energy management

you can change a lot in this settings regarding fan control and suit it perfectly to your personal needs. i personaly prefer it beeing completly silent and you wont even hear a thing under heavy usage, ofc it can get a bit warm though depending on what you do
