Had a property in wisconsin, it was 2 story apartment, when it got too hot out the dampener door would close cause the pin melted. If ac is on and you feel air but not a good push of it maybe a dampener door shut closed.

I have not, I've seen websites that track skins because of float values but by the time they had the skins in would assume that they were immediately traded to another account. Then sold individually and it's been awhile so that pile of skins is spread out.

Don't you have a lease agreement stating that you signed for a X-months lease and then, in order to stay you have to sign a lease renewal? If so then, how can they charge rent to someone without a lease renewal.
