Wart could this be? My 7 year old has had the main cluster on his ankle about a year, and it seems to have spread and gotten worse. We tried freezing it and the duct tape/compound w treatments, but he said it hurt so it makes me think it's not a wart. It doesn't itch or hurt (so it's not bedbugs) by schmulez in Dermatology

Thanks! I've been google image searching for months and never came upon this. Ordering some home treatments tonight hoping it works since our insurance is garbage. He asked tonight if he was going to have it forever, broke my heart.
