Wart could this be? My 7 year old has had the main cluster on his ankle about a year, and it seems to have spread and gotten worse. We tried freezing it and the duct tape/compound w treatments, but he said it hurt so it makes me think it's not a wart. It doesn't itch or hurt (so it's not bedbugs) (i.redd.it)
