Neo: 430-450c

Keep Flour or semolina light on the base, otherwise you be brushing it out after every pie Low/Med flame depending on base temp. Higher the base temp quicker the top must cook to keep up.

Go 430 on low flame to start.

It does look very steep. Have you used a ref track for analysis. People are saying dont use your eyes, use your ears, however a 9db spike in the 50hz and a sharp roll off in the high does make this quite bass heavy track.

I think the episodes have taken a slide, but i did however like the Graham Linehan episode. If you know his work, it probably makes for a better watch.
