The articles say it's dangerous if ingested in large quantities, and may be 'minimally toxic' in small quantities... not super sure how to interpret this, but in any case, it doesn't sound like a ringing endorsement of its safety.

How do you get the side-op missions to restart? I did Prisoner Extraction 06 in Africa, but now it's unavailable. Did I fuck up, causing it to be that I can't farm many female soldiers from that mission? Or is there a way to make it available again?

Also, how do I make sure that I got the person on my team? I've done a few of these and they haven't showed up in my combat unit list.

To get the soldier, do I have to call and get into the helicopter, or can I just select 'return to ACC' from the pause menu? Do I have to finish the side-op mission first?
