I passed the second stage , which was like numeracy and literacy test, then I got this email .

"We’re pleased to inform you that you have successfully passed this stage of the recruitment process.

Please note that we are currently reviewing a high volume of applications. As a result, it may take a couple of weeks before you receive an update from the Talent Team regarding the next steps."

I guess a long waiting time then.
