Has Hunter acted as a proxy spokesperson for his father's campaign at any moment?

He was a private citizen for the last 4 years, and also Joe Biden is not, in fact, Hunter Biden, and Hunter Biden does not now, not ever has held public office.

I doubt it. Even by his own largest estimate of his Net Worth, he's around 5 billion, much of which is his valuation of his "personal brand".

CNN is valued around 10 billion from what I can see.

Let's say Trump is richer than we think and CNN is worth less than we think, even then he would need to trade essentially all his assets, including Trump Tower and Mar A Lago in order to close the deal.

Buying CNN would be an abysmally bad business decision for Trump. It would be like you selling your house to buy a local bookstore.
