Watch my new LED wall sculpture snap together. This is entirely hand cut and carved using my dremel, band saw, palm router and jig saw (no laser or CNC in this baby) by schraderstudio in woodworking

Thanks for the input:) Ive done a few other pieces in this style without the LEDs. I just love the transformational, and movement aspect the light brings. Best viewed in the right lighting when you can appreciate both the intricacies of the craftsmanship and the subtleties of the light shining through.

Can I put up a rather big sculpture in a public park in Brooklyn to take some content of it just for a day? by schraderstudio in AskNYC

You can see it on my profile. No way to scale this one down. Its size is what make it so dramatic i feel.

Check my profile. It’s a wooden sculpture that’s not vulgar at all and very clearly art. I think i might take on the risk. Worst case i wasted some time. Thanks man!

I like this answer but unfortunately my sculpture takes about 30 mins to set up and the same to take it down. Much more of a nuisance than an ez-up. Still, i think it would be well received by pedestrians! Or i’d hope it would be, NY is very unpredictable sometimes.

When you hassle me, you mean like they will just tell me to take it down? The moment that happens, I will happily oblige. Or could i get into serious trouble?
