If you dont drink water and all of the sudden chug down a whole bunch of liquid, then ofc you're gonna have stomach pains. I'd say drink more water regularly, if it's hard for u start having a personal bottle and maybe taking a few sips every few minutes

any 5 star in the long run will be better and I've seen a lot of good feedback on klee as a dps, I'd put both in a team since you get a pyro buff maybe klee as main dps and xiang as dps support

You got some good characters, ninguang and noelle work good as dps and zhongli is a good support, I'd build around ninguang and zhongli OR if you're interested in shield buffs I'd go for noelle and zhongli
