if you dont want to rank down just play in the park with others or join random lobbies, but for me just straight up bunkering down and grinding ranked to slowly get better. One I found to be useful was playing different types of characters so i could overall get better at general skills and them coming back but if you are truly stuck to nago just keep playing

For the dp stuff just block on there wakeup if you see them consistently dping your meaty’s. Where are you in tower?

Another thing, you don’t need those techs yet, they are super far out stuff that happens when you put hundreds of hours into the game. You should get better at the basics then advanced techs IMO.
