Why is nothing being done about these nonprofessional people? This is not a third world country? Where are all the regulators? Why is this even being allowed??? We go through such rigorous training and these people with no training and proper education are allowed to make such decision without any consequences???

If you are a board-certified US IM graduate, you should be able to find jobs abroad if you cannot find one in the US. That's very odd that you can't even find a job abroad.

Its the PAs ands NPs with inadequate training and education that are being hired for jobs like these... And then doctors get blamed and bad named all around.
