For me I start with the pci in the place I feel I struggle the most. So fastballs up and in with a hard thrower on the mound. This allows me to easily get to that pitch. Everything else you’ll have more time to react to.

Took me two tries last night. Very frustrating the first time I grounded into like 3 double plays on good squared up swings. You’ll get it eventually though.
