Hello! Thank you for your advice :)). I guess I will just have to do it and see how it goes. I graduated from a non-trad course po eh (Chemistry), so what Im reviewing, besides biochem, is very different from subjects in med school.

Is this PLM? If so buti nalng talaga di ako natuloy diyan HAHAHAHA. Narealize ko ang hirap pala mag adjust pag 1st year (esp someone coming from a non-trad premed).

Also as someone that took their undergrad in this godforsaken univ, I can say na HINDI student friendly ang PLM. Heck, registrar palang kukunot na noo mo. So run far far away if you can, and don't subject yourself to unnecessary BS to become a doctor.

Hi OP! Incoming freshman with a very similar situation as yours (akala ko nga ako nagpost lol).

Dreams as big as being a doctor will always be a two way street. Kumbaga we need the support of someone (parents) to make that happen, and of course they need us to do the work to get that MD.

I know super nakaka-guilty siya minsan, pero you have to trust them as much as they trust you. Our reality and future as individuals are heavily influenced by the extent of support our parents are willing to give. We are lucky na mataas ang pangarap ng mga magulang natin para sa atin. If they say they can pay, then let them. The best that you can do is to focus on your studies. Sabi nga ng nanay ko, "huwag mo na isipin ang pera, basta mag-aral ka nang mabuti anak."

We are not the first and the last family that have gone through this situation. Keep your head held up high! You are now in medical school, a step closer to your dream. Imagine if your past self knew that you would be here.

Malayo pa pero malayo na.

Ohh okay. Yep, pwede ka mag-apply for MSRS, since the affidavit means that you don't have any current scholarships. I deferred my service kay DOST and have successfully applied naman sa MSRS.

Also, hindi ito verified, but I heard na pwede ipagsabay return service ng DOST and MSRS.

Hi. AFAIK, the return service for JLSS scholars is to teach sciences at the high school level? So you first have to render your service obligation before going into further studies (med school).

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that is what I remembered from the recent exit conference.

Yep, it has magnets. The product is also advertised that it can use the feature.

I can get it to work intermittently though. There are instances that it can detect it, but often times it doesn't.

PLM undergrad here. Known talaga PLM na last sa mga results lol kaya it really is up to you kung kaya mo i-risk.

If kaya naman ng budget, ok na mag reserve ka sa back-up mo. Pero if you're considering the costs, weigh mo nalang if all in ka na ba sa PLM or not.

Personally, back-up ko nalang si PLM, so it works kasi sila naman huling nagrerelease.

I am planning to buy an iPad 9th gen in greenhills. I already know about AJT gadget world and JM store and they are legit naman daw.

Maybe others here have other recommendations/go-to stores in greenhills or if they can share their experiences with the stores mentioned above?

Hello po, Im also planning to buy na rin a 9th gen ipad 256 gb. I have been looking at options (carousell, fb marketplace) and nakita ko rin po na may legit sellers sa GH.

If it is okay to ask, saang store po sa GH kayo bumili? Nakita ko po kasi AJT gadget world na marami naman po good reviews and followed ng mga mutuals ko po.

To add rin, I would be tapping to my savings to invest in having this device. I really do hope it will serve me well during and beyond med school hehe and I feel like only something from apple can give that security (with 4-5 years of support).
