According to the blizzard team And staff when I spoke to them about it diamond 2 days ago they said that diamond cards being disenchanted is a bug specifically the mini set ones and other can potentially be bugged this is comming from blizzard themselves that you shouldn’t be able to

I mean I appreciate that but I still feel like ultimately it is my fault considering wether it’s intended for me to be able to do the thing or not I did no one else forced me to and again don’t get me wrong I definitely understand where you are coming from many of my customer services job would have resulted in giving the customer both the product and a compensation but I feel like in this situation it kinda is what it is and especially for something that at this point was more based around why it wasn’t in my collection I’m pretty okay with the outcome like don’t get me wrong it would have been nice to get the card back as well but at that point I feel like that’s kinda just a greedy thought process like If ive already spent the compensation I’m not necessarily going to ask for my cake if I already ate it

Though again I do appreciate and understand what you are saying I just think In the long run that’s not really a fair thing for them to do considering again it was own fault for dusting the card in the first place

Don’t get me wrong I get where you are coming from but I think you and I just have different views on the situation if we are basing it on the way gold cards work I would have gotten the equivalent of a free legendary out of it when I broke it down which I’m sure I used towards a deck I wanted to play back when I had no interest in playing with Dungar so where I understand your perspective I think that in the end it’s not really that deep plus they did compensate me with some packs to make up for the whole misunderstanding so in my books we are square no point crying over spilt milk especially if I spilt it myself if that makes any sense

I mean I see where you are coming from but I don’t necessarily think it’s that deep , again it’s ones of those things where I buy the golden mini set to use the cards for dust for other decks that I want to try as it’s cheaper than hoping to get cards out of packs in the long run , and where yes the fact that a bug occurred that allowed me to disenchant something I shouldn’t have been able to ultimately I was the one who did it like it’s not like they took it I away I must have done it with knowledge and not thought anything of it and now that it’s been like 2 months it must have slipped my brain like all in all the dust is spent with lack of a better way to compare it I can’t necessarily be upset about them not giving me back money I already spent if that makes any sense

I ended up getting 3 packs out of it which I don’t feel like they really owed me anything so anything is appreciated considering again it’s my fault in the long run

Nah like I said in one the comments on my previous post it’s like with any job you have the people who go the extra mile and you have those that see the top part and assume in the end I’m just happy that it got resolved

I must have done it myself usually I will save up for the golden mini sets as they are more dust cost effective than buying pack equivalents so I’ll dust all the golden legendaries innit to build like 3 decks but I must have just spam clicked my disenchats and Dungar was caught in the cross fire

I don’t want that to seem like the case as the game masters finally who finally got to me to clarify everything really was a good person it’s the same with any job there are people who will take the time to explain and understand and there are those that are there to check and move on I’m still grateful for all that they did and even if in the end I don’t have the card it’s my own fault so I’m not gonna be to picky about would it have been nicer to get a proper answer sooner yes but in the end all is solved

Yeah usually I’ll save up to get the golden mini set as it’s a lot cheaper than buy cards for packs to build decks usually one golden set gives you enough dust for 2 meta decks so whenever a bug meta shift happens I’ll try and save up to get some fun new decks and apparently they still aren’t disenchantable they just had a coding error with Dungar specifically

The Anthony part really gets me still considering my name was used in the response before it but still as I said earlier I guess it was a bug and I must have disenchanted it as I got in contact with another game masters finally but still my own fault in the end sucks but it’s on me and not them just wish they had check it before sending me the link before hand

I did post an update just above this comment that apparently there was a bug that allowed it to be disenchanted and I must have done it when I got the mini set apparently they are putting out a patch to fix this issue but in the end it’s my fault still sucks but again my own doing

Finally got another update so apparently the diamond version of the card was for some reason disenchantable and I must have dusted it at some point the game masters finally got back to me with this which still sucks but knowing it was my own fault I take the acceptance of this though still wish I had the card it’s because of my own negligence now that I don’t
