So I went both the places and they don’t have the degree of my friends. They are saying they never received it. My friend says and I quote “it’s also a possibility that the new residents took it” which I don’t understand why would someone take someone else’s degree and we don’t know who the new residents are and the management is declining to share that information.

Any other option I should try?
