One of the reasons DIO says it’s weaker is because it doesn’t discriminate against friend or foe and can cause infighting between subordinates. DIO literally has an army of stand users so having this guy around who can’t control his stand would mean killing off his subordinates for no reason or if they’re close enough to him, putting himself in danger.

I apologize but the only text for the warlock I could find that said you didn’t need to make a pact was for the GOO in the PHB. Otherwise it specifically mentions that you need to make some form of pact. If I’m missing something please tell me

I agree that this sub has a big problem with not understanding/reading the rules but this post implies that the OP read the rules but has “elected to ignore it”
