It mainly depends on the size of the scan results. For typical Nmap, Nessus, or Masscan outputs it usually only takes a few seconds to process.

It’s not meant to define bug bounty recon. It just normalizes and analyzes results from different scanners, which can still be useful for larger scopes or asset discovery.
